Baked Apples with Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Blackberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- One apple per person
- Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Blackberry Sauce
Method:
- Use an apple corer to remove the core of an apple but leave a section at the base
- Pierce the flesh of the apple within the cavity generously with a sharp knife and fill with Blackberry Sauce
- Bake in a moderate oven until apple flesh pierces easily
- Serve with cream or plain yoghurt mixed with Blackberry Sauce
