Baked Apples with Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Blackberry Sauce


Ingredients:
  • One apple per person
  • Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Blackberry Sauce
Method:
  • Use an apple corer to remove the core of an apple but leave a section at the base
  • Pierce the flesh of the apple within the cavity generously with a sharp knife and fill with Blackberry Sauce
  • Bake in a moderate oven until apple flesh pierces easily
  • Serve with cream or plain yoghurt mixed with Blackberry Sauce
