Iced Melon Balls with Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Blackberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 1 Honeydew melon
Method:
- Cut melons in half, remove seeds and scoop out balls of the flesh
- Serve melon on plates - arrange around thickened cream or yoghurt and top with Blackberry Sauce
