Iced Melon Balls with Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Blackberry Sauce


Ingredients:
  • 1 Cantaloupe
  • 1 Honeydew melon
Method:
  • Cut melons in half, remove seeds and scoop out balls of the flesh
  • Serve melon on plates - arrange around thickened cream or yoghurt and top with Blackberry Sauce
