Yoghurt & Berryfruit Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 250g Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Berryfruit sauce - either raspberry, blackberry, loganberry, blueberry or boysenberry
- 8 popsicle moulds and paddle sticks
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbs caster sugar
- 250g natural yoghurt
Method:
- Place 1tbs of chosen berry sauce into each mould and freeze until set
- Use an electric beater to beat egg whites until frothy, gradually adding sugar until mixture is glossy and stiff
- Combine yoghurt and remaining sauce, then gently fold in egg whites
- When berry sauce in the moulds is frozen, add the yoghurt mixture and return to the freezer
- When mixture if firm, add stick and freeze until set
Makes 8 popsicles
