Mushroom and cheddar with Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
Ingredients
- Mushrooms
- Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
- Lime Juice
- Olive Oil
Method:
- Mix coarsely grated strong cheddar with the plum& pepperberry chutney (50:50)
- Add a dash of lime juice and olive oil and mix well
- Fill the mushrooms and grill slowly
- When cooked,turn the heat right up and sear the tops -- watch carefully so they don’t burn
