Mushroom and cheddar with Plum & Pepperberry Chutney


Ingredients
  • Mushrooms
  • Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
  • Lime Juice
  • Olive Oil
Method:
  • Mix coarsely grated strong cheddar with the plum& pepperberry chutney (50:50)
  • Add a dash of lime juice and olive oil and mix well
  • Fill the mushrooms and grill slowly
  • When cooked,turn the heat right up and sear the tops -- watch carefully so they don’t burn
