  • Pork
  • Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
  • Mesculin Lettuce
Method:
  • Slice 10 mm medallions of pork
  • Coat pork generously with Plum & Pepperberry Chutney
  • Grill slowly and serve with shredded mesculin
