Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Rolls
Ingredients:
- Use thinly sliced smoked salmon for this wonderful entree
- Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Horseradish Mustard
- Lime juice
- Dill, chopped
- Mesclun
Method:
- Spread a thin layer of Horseradish Mustard over the salmon slices
- Squeeze a little fresh lime juice over each slice and sprinkle finely chopped dill over
- Roll each slice tightly and place two rolls on a plate, seam down
- Serve with a wedge of lime and shredded mesclun
