Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Rolls


Ingredients:
  • Use thinly sliced smoked salmon for this wonderful entree
  • Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Horseradish Mustard
  • Lime juice
  • Dill, chopped
  • Mesclun
Method:
  • Spread a thin layer of Horseradish Mustard over the salmon slices
  • Squeeze a little fresh lime juice over each slice and sprinkle finely chopped dill over
  • Roll each slice tightly and place two rolls on a plate, seam down
  • Serve with a wedge of lime and shredded mesclun
