Honey Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 tsp. Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Honey Mustard
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml virgin olive oil
- 75 ml olive oil
- A splash of sherry vinegar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
Method:
- Whisk the egg yolk, Honey Mustard and lemon juice
- Slowly add oils, whisking continuously until well combined
- Add sherry and chives
- Coat grilled poultry generously with dressing and serve on a bed on cress sprinkled with capers
