Honey Mustard Dressing


Ingredients:
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 tsp. Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce's Honey Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 ml virgin olive oil
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • A splash of sherry vinegar
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
Method:
  • Whisk the egg yolk, Honey Mustard and lemon juice
  • Slowly add oils, whisking continuously until well combined
  • Add sherry and chives
  • Coat grilled poultry generously with dressing and serve on a bed on cress sprinkled with capers
