Pork Loin Steaks with Herbs and Mustard
Ingredients:
- 4 lean pork or leg steaks
- 2 tsp. T.G.S.Co's Mild Wholeseed Mustard
- 1 tsp. chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. basil, chopped
- 1 tsp. coriander, chopped
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Method:
- Combine mustard, chives, coriander, basil and oil in a bowl and mix well
- Rub into both sides of steaks
- Cook on lightly oiled grill over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side depending on thickness
- Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and a mixed bean salad
