Pork Loin Steaks with Herbs and Mustard


Ingredients:
  • 4 lean pork or leg steaks
  • 2 tsp. T.G.S.Co's Mild Wholeseed Mustard
  • 1 tsp. chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp. coriander, chopped
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
Method:
  • Combine mustard, chives, coriander, basil and oil in a bowl and mix well
  • Rub into both sides of steaks
  • Cook on lightly oiled grill over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side depending on thickness
  • Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and a mixed bean salad
