Tasmania is renowned for it’s berry fruits, the finest in Australia due to our cool climate. The Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company is equally renowned for it’s berry fruit sauces: Raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Loganberry and Boysenberry. In every bottle you will find the pure and natural flavours of our berries, all varying subtly according to the variety.

Serving suggestions are endless! Try them with ice cream, cream and fresh fruit. A bowl of yoghurt becomes a gourmet delight, as does a milkshake when adding our sauces. Apricot Jam
Tasmanian sun-ripened apricots make this award-winning jam a taste sensation. Great on scones, in baking and a delicious addition to savoury and meat dishes

A rich and versatile jam to use in tarts, cakes, scones and muffins.

This award winning recipe uses the finest Tasmanian raspberries to produce a rich delicious jam.


Crushed Strawberry Conserve
Delicately flavoured conserve. Delicious in flans, sponges and with scones.

Summerberry
A bountiful combination of wonderful berry fruits – raspberries, boysenberries, red currants and blackberries.

Whisky Seville Marmalade
A traditional marmalade enhanced by the addition of Scotch whisky. A breakfast delight or try serving glazed on baked or grilled meats.

Savoury Sauces
Cumberland
Has a subtle flavour captured by the combination of red currants, port wine, lemon zest, orange and spices, wonderful with strong meats such as game, turkey, duck, hare, quail and pork as an accompaniment or as a glaze.

Strawberry Chilli
Mild heat with stunning flavour. An exciting accompaniment to chicken, fish, stir frys and as a dipping sauce. Try brushing onto chicken fillets, fish or oysters and grill slowly. Process with Philadelphia cheese, lime juice and chives as a dip.

Thai Chilli
Will excite the taste buds of the most discerning chilli lover. Serve it with curries, kebabs and stir frys. Mix with yoghurt and chopped coriander as the perfect sambal.

Chutneys and Relishes
Tomato Kasoundi
Based on a traditional Indian recipe, this wonderful spicy chutney will bring curries, fish, cold meat and cheeses to life. Use as you would a curry paste to make a curry or serve as an accompaniment.


Chilli Jam
This piquant chilli jam is made from fresh chillies. It enhances but does not overpower foods. Superb with meats and cheeses and vegetables, also as a glaze when cooking.


Tomato Relish
An old favourite has been given a subtle spicy lift placing it firmly in the gourmet food lover’s range. Try it with cheese and salad on foccacia bread, pizza and bruchetta.

Apricot Chutney
Displays a balance of sharp and sweet flavours, this fruity chutney is a must with hot and cold dishes, stir-fries and cheeses. Try serving with warm camembert on dark rye bread.

Plum and Pepperberry
Rich and fruity with the distinctive flavour of the Tasmanian Pepperberry. Serve with spicy foods, cheeses and hot and cold meats. Also wonderful as a glaze on lamb, beef or pork. Mix with cheese, fill mushrooms and grill slowly.

Mustards
Honey
Well-balanced flavours – not too hot allowing the flavours of Tasmanian bush honey to be enjoyed. Delicious with meats and cheeses and to add to sauces and salad dressings.

Horseradish
Hot and smooth! Exceptional with roast beef and steak. Wonderful to cook with too! Try stir-frying shredded cabbage in a wok for a minute or so and add horseradish mustard. Serve with Apricot Chutney
Chicken.

Hot Chilli
A full flavoured wholeseed mustard for lovers of hot chilli. Delicious with hot or cold meats. Try brushing on to meat and grilling or baking. Use in wok cooking to achieve wonderful flavour.

Hot Whisky
A hot and dark coloured mustard, steeped in Scotch Whisky. Serve with meats, vegetables and cheeses.

Mild Wholeseed Mustard
For lovers of mild mustards this is ideal. Wonderful added to vegetables, salad dressings, barbecue meats and hams. Add to potato topped with sour cream for a special treat.

Pepperberry
The spicy heat of the Tasmanian Pepperberry provides this mustard with distinctive taste and colour. Try searing mushrooms in a wok, add the pepperberry mustard and then strawberry chilli sauce, serve on a bed of cous cous – a must for lovers of mustards.

The perfect gift for 5-12 year old children. Each attractive pack contains a pack of cookie mix, cookie decorations, an animated instruction sheet and a cookie cutter. Making the choc chip or cinnamon cookies will entertain creative young chefs for hours.
